You're most welcome to attend a free trial class. Our structured curriculum covers everything from basic sitar techniques to advanced raagas, providing a holistic learning experience.

Introduction of the musical instrument the Beginner's Charter

1. Students may get a chance to explore the sitar. The class will cover the fundamentals of playing the sitar and introduce the following:

1. Sitting posture
2. Right and left hand position
3. Right hand strokes
4. Introduction of musical notes and their fret positions
5. Right and left hand coordination exercises
6. Fingering techniques (Usage of 2nd finger specifically)
7. Introduction of Raags

2. Q&A and guidance: Students can ask questions about music or specifically Sitar. Students shall be offered guidance, recommend practice routines, or discuss the benefits of music education.

3. If you already have a sitar and are planning to resume practicing again, proper guidance will be given, how to restart your practice with proper exercises and help you to tune the instrument or will guide if any restorations are required.

4. If you don't have a Sitar and are starting for the first time and don't know which one to buy. You'll be guided which one to get as per your requirement.
